RHA Health Services, LLC is a NC nonprofit, and they are a leading service provider with over 5,000 employees across North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and Utah. Their services are person-centered and outcome-driven, and they needed their online presence to reflect that. RHA reached out to us in need of nonprofit marketing – content strategy, website re-design, and web development. We were tasked with combining four websites into one all while re-organizing their services into something easier for people to understand and navigate.

Building the User Journey
We worked closely with RHA (local directors, managers, and regional executives) to restructure their data and establish a solid wireframe of how to present their many segments of services. We then melded that plan into a researched content strategy, where we were able to create an intuitive and engaging user experience directed towards their target audience.
Not to mention, the site was custom-built onto an intuitive Content Management System so that RHA employees had tiered access to login and easily make content or user changes whenever they needed!
Nonprofit Marketing Gets Results
Based on client feedback, the improved website design and cleaner UX has helped to increase engagement, decrease frustrations from users, and create new partnerships for specialty programs.
Although RHA had not implemented site analytics prior to reaching out to Chariot, the new website has maintained impressive traffic with an average of 10,500 user sessions per month.
