The Data for Resources + Blogs

Both resource systems and blogs require an organized spreadsheet of information to be uploaded to your new website to feed in all the data that will appear in them. These are things like categories and other filterable taxonomies, as well as images and other media.

  • We will need a clean spreadsheet of data as a CSV or XLS file.
  • Our developers can often export data from your existing site or database to decrease manual work.
  • We can provide a template that includes all the columns needed based on your planned data types.
  • Please provide a final, completed data sheet.

    Multiple data values can be included per blog post or resource, separated by commas.

 

  • Custom Taxonomies
    Additional classifications can be built. For example: Region, Topic, Industry, Country, etc.
  • File & Image Names
    For Downloads, Audio, & Images, please include the file name that matches the bulk files provided.

 

  • Resource Copy
    This is the content for the detail page of the item. It may include simple HTML for tags: <p> or <h1>, <h2>, etc.
