When Dr. Holland’s business launched in 2012, we worked with them to create a soothing brand, easy-to-navigate website, and effective content strategy that reached out directly to their potential clients. For 2017, we updated to a modern, compelling UX with strong calls-to-action, and addressed the most important shift in marketing in the last few years: more mobile-optimization. Internet use is now 55-60% mobile vs desktop.

Community involvement is often a great way to gain exposure and awareness for local businesses. Here, we were sure to include dynamic, social-optimized blog section. Each single post includes social share options as well as related posts to maintain a healthy click through rate (CTR).
Professional but Intimate
It was important to portray a compassionate, emotionally-supportive feel when presenting the doctors because of the type of services offered. Each doctor needed to appear professional but approachable to the possibly distraught customers who would need help with their beloved pet.
